After modifying the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please stop using the services provided by Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. immediately. Continued use of the service will be deemed as acceptance of the modified agreement.

I. Account Registration

Before using this service, users need to register an account with “Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.” The account should be registered with a mobile phone number that has not been previously bound to another “Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.” account and has not been banned under this agreement. The service may change the registration and binding methods as needed without prior notice to the user.

For the “Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.” APP, users must authorize the collection and use of their personal information to successfully register. Therefore, completing the registration indicates the user’s consent to the service extracting, disclosing, and using the user’s information.

Given the binding registration method of the “Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.” account, you agree that the service will use your mobile phone number and device identification code for registration.

When registering and using this service, Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. needs to collect personal information that can identify the user to contact the user if necessary or to provide a better user experience. During the application runtime, we need to collect your device’s unique identification codes (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, ICCID,SIM card IMSI information) for statistical analysis and to improve performance and user experience by analyzing application startup data and error logs.

(a) This application will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third parties unless you have given prior permission, or the third party and this application (including associated companies) jointly provide services to you, and after the service ends, they will be prohibited from accessing the information.

(b) This application does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or freely disseminate your personal information by any means. Any platform user found engaging in such activities will have their service agreement terminated immediately.

If Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. discovers or receives reports or complaints that the user has violated this agreement, it has the right to review, delete related content without notice, and impose penalties on the offending account, including but not limited to warnings, account bans, device bans, and function bans, depending on the severity. Users will be notified of the handling results.

Users banned for violating the user agreement can contact Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Users with banned functions will have the functions restored automatically after the ban period ends. Banned users can appeal, and Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. will review the appeal and decide whether to change the penalty at its discretion.

Users understand and agree that Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to penalize actions violating relevant laws, regulations, or this agreement. It can take appropriate legal actions and report the information to relevant departments, with the user bearing all legal responsibilities arising from this.

Users understand and agree that if their violation of this agreement causes any third-party claims, demands, or losses, including reasonable attorney fees, they should compensate Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and its partners and affiliates to ensure no harm.

3. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information 3.1 Personal Information We Collect Proactively To ensure the APP operates properly and to provide core services, we will, in accordance with applicable laws, collect the following personal information during your use of the APP’s functions. The purposes, methods, and scope are as follows: 1.Device Identifier Information We may collect IMEI, IMSI, ICCID, device MAC address, SUPI, SUCI, and the phone number of this device. Purpose: To generate a unique device identifier, ensure account login security, provide push notification services, and conduct risk-control verification. Method of collection: After you agree to this Privacy Policy, it will be obtained automatically through system interfaces. Retention period: For the duration of the account’s existence; deleted within 15 days after account cancellation. 2.Installed Applications List Information We may collect the list of applications installed on your device (only when functions such as compatibility checks are provided and used). Purpose: To check device environment compatibility and ensure the APP runs properly. Method of collection: Obtained only when you actively trigger the relevant function. Retention period: Temporarily cached only and deleted immediately after the function is completed. 3.Location Information We may collect your location information (only after you enable location permission). Purpose: To provide location-based services (such as maps and nearby services). Method of collection: Obtained via authorization through the system location services. Retention period: For the duration of the location authorization; once you disable the permission, we will immediately stop collecting and delete the related data. 4.Communication-Related Information We may collect contacts, call logs, and SMS messages (only after you authorize the corresponding permissions). Purpose: Contacts are used for features such as inviting friends and syncing your address book; call logs and SMS are used for features such as SMS verification and call log backup. Method of collection: Obtained through system permissions after your explicit authorization. Retention period: Used only for the corresponding functions; once you revoke the permission, we will immediately stop collecting and delete the data. 5.Personal Content Information We may collect content such as calendar entries, photos, audio, and video (only after you grant authorization). Storage Permission: Used for data caching, such as caching images to the device. Can be disabled, only affecting the corresponding function without impacting app usage.

Location Permission: Used for displaying the lost point of managed devices like earphones or anti-loss devices on a map. Can be disabled, only affecting the corresponding function without impacting app usage.

Network Permission: Used for core business functions, as the app content is updated via the network. Can be disabled, but will prevent the app from reading content, disabling most functions.

The content mentioned in this clause refers to any content created, uploaded, copied, published, or disseminated by users during the use of the service, including but not limited to registration information, authentication data, or any information sent, replied, or auto-replied in text, voice, images, videos, and related link pages, and other content generated using the account or service.

Users must not use the “Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.” account or service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate the following prohibited content by laws, regulations, and policies:

• Content that opposes the basic principles established by the constitution;
• Content that endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
• Content that harms national honor and interests;
• Content that incites ethnic hatred or discrimination and undermines ethnic unity;
• Content that undermines national religious policies or promotes cults and feudal superstitions;
• Content that spreads rumors, disrupts social order, and undermines social stability;

Users must not use the “Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.” account or service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of the “service” and infringes on the legal rights of other users or third parties:

• Submitting, publishing false information, or stealing others’ avatars or data, impersonating, or using others’ names;
• Forcing or inducing other users to follow, click on link pages, or share information;
• Fabricating facts, concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
• Using technical means to mass create fake accounts;
• Engaging in any illegal criminal activities using the “Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.” account or service;

Users are fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and effectiveness of any information transmitted using the “Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.” account or service. Users are solely responsible for any legal liability related to the information they disseminate. Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is not responsible for this. You have the right to manage your personal information, including querying, correcting, and deleting your account information, search records, and comment information, changing your authorization consent scope or withdrawing authorization, and canceling your account. You can perform the above operations through the functions provided in our App. The setting method: through the Monoise client “My - APP Settings - Account Management - Cancel Account”.

Please read them carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should read this agreement under the guidance of their legal guardians.
The validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If any dispute or controversy arises between the user and Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the competent people’s court in the place where Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is located.
If any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
The copyright of this agreement is owned by Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Monoise Century Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. reserves all rights to interpret this agreement.
